In 2019 we were both pre diabetic and obese. Under the guidance and mentorship of Gautam Guha sir, we stabilized our blood parameters, lost 28 and 15 kg respectively and regained our self-confidence and self-respect. Gautam sir has not just added years to our life but life to our years.
